08 Apr MOSAIC KIDCON + Easter Details

The birds greet the morning with happy chatter. The days are stretching longer. The afternoons are feeling warmer. The air is thick with pollen, and the ground is carpeted with oak tree tassels. Spring is in full swing, and the heavy haze of summer is rapidly approaching! Preparations have already begun, and we can hardly wait!

We’ll be thrilled to welcome our kids to the Mosaic Church Summer KIDCON event taking place June 3rd-5th!

KIDCON is our super fun and impactful conference-style event that immerses our current kinder-5th grade kids in a weekend of Jesus that’s designed to supercharge and fuel them to live out their kingdom identity.

At our inaugural KIDCON in December, we talked about how God’s “Infinite Hope” brings us to wholeness in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of our being. We look forward to building on that theme in June by moving on to how God’s “Infinite Hope” brings wholeness THROUGH us to change our families, our communities and the world. This powerful, biblical truth will be woven throughout an action-packed weekend of fun including:

• Engaging worship
• Age-appropriate breakout sessions
• Games & creative activities
• LOTS of food
• Family after-party on Saturday afternoon

But, guess what?!? The fun is NOT just for the kids. This is Mosaic KIDCON, and we want our children to see the whole of Mosaic Church rallying around to help support their spiritual growth and development. The weekend format means that the WHOLE church can be involved: dads, moms, parents who work, parents whose work is at home, singles, students, teens…EVERYBODY! We even provide volunteer childcare for your kids who aren’t yet old enough to attend KIDCON. Win-win!

In case you needed another reason to get revved up, KIDCON happens TWICE a year: winter AND summer! We hope that by hosting KIDCON two times a year, our parents who are already serving their kids day-in and day-out will be able to serve at one KIDCON and enjoy a well-deserved break for the other.

We look forward to linking arms with you to serve and love our children as we experience Mosaic Church Summer KIDCON together. Our heart is for ALL of us to be changed by God’s Infinite Hope so that we can go out and change the world around us. In the upside-down kingdom of God, you may just find that our kids minister as deeply to you as you do to them when you step up to volunteer.
