Below is your overview of our upcoming Sunday lessons for all age/grade groups at Mosaic Church Austin campuses.

PRESCHOOL CURRICULUM

Here are our upcoming lessons:

THE FIRST SIN | The story of God’s grace begins in the Garden of Eden. This lesson walks your preschoolers through the first sin of Adam and Eve. The First Sin teaches your kids how to weigh if something is a sin or not and how to obey God because He cares for us.

THE FIRST SIN (November 5th & 12th)

THROUGH THE ROOF | This lesson walks your preschoolers through the story of the sick man who was lowered through the ceiling by his friends so that Jesus could heal him. Through the Roof teaches your kids about the love and healing power of Jesus, and the faith we can have in Him.

THROUGH THE NIGHT (November 19th & 26th)

5 & KINDER THROUGH 2ND GRADE CURRICULUM

Here are our upcoming lessons:

DISCIPLESHIP | Jesus chose 12 disciples to follow Him while He lived on earth. What is a disciple—and can we still be disciples today?

A disciple is a learner, but when we’re disciples of Jesus it means more. He is not only our teacher, but also our Lord. Once we choose to follow Jesus as a disciple, we can choose to grow in our relationship with Him to know Him better and know the power of God’s Holy Spirit within us better. As we grow, we become more and more like Jesus, and the example we set by following Him can impact others. They can choose to be disciples or grow into better disciples as God’s power works through our example.

NATURE OF GOD | What is God really like? When you choose to follow Jesus, you can know Him because you get to start a forever friendship with Him! God is your Dad. You can trust Him, and He has always loved you—because He is love.

3RD THROUGH 5TH GRADE CURRICULUM

Here are the upcoming lessons:

DEEP DIVE: WATER BAPTISM | Our special Deep Dive series is back for our 3rd-5th graders! These mKids created lessons will dive deeper into what we know to be foundational essentials of Christianity that our older kids need to know more about. This month, we will be talking about Water Baptism. You can expect a parent overview email in your inbox to help you continue the conversation the following week.

DEEP DIVE | WATER BAPTISM (November 5th)

WE DON’T DIMINISH | This one-week lesson  is all about how we don’t diminish anyone through prejudice, stereotyping, or labeling. These things harm the Body of Christ! Your students will learn about the Body of Christ through Romans 12:4-5. We don’t belittle anyone because we belong together!

WE DON’T DIMINISH | One Week (November 12th)

JOY AT FULL APPRECIATION | This one-week lesson teaches that practicing gratitude anchors us to how God cares for us, even on bad days. It helps us have a full appreciation for the joyful blessings all around us in every moment.

JOY AT FULL APPRECIATION | One Week (November 19th)

WITHIN REACH | Who is God? What does He look like? Does our big God get involved in our tiny lives? Does He even care? God is pretty mysterious, so what do we actually know about Him? After three weeks of Within Reach, your students will know that our big, loving, and forgiving God is with them as they look, love, and live. And, they’ll understand that learning about who God is helps them know who they are.
