13 Mar mKids | Health Update

Hi Parents,

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions in regards to our policies and procedures in mKids.

We recommend checking in your children early by using our Church Center App. You can find it on Google Play or in the App Store. This will allow you to print tags with ease in mKids, without even touching the computer screen.

In addition to our regular policy of disinfecting all surfaces, including door handles, toys, desks and chairs, we will be removing all non-prepackaged food from mKids. There will be some pre-packaged snacks available. We have placed those options below.

NURSERY:    Formula and breast milk bottles (as usual)

1 YO:         Squeezable fruit and veggie pouches

2 YO – 4 YO:     Fruit leathers and Enjoy Life bars available

5K:         Fruit leathers, Enjoy Life bars plus whole fruit

1st – 5th:     No snacks, No mKids March 15th & 22nd

HEALTH REMINDER:

A child will not be admitted into mKids’ care or will be released from care if one or more of the following health concerns exists:

• Fever of 100° or higher
• Persistent Cough
• Respiratory Issues
• An illness that prevents the child from participating comfortably in classroom activities.
• An illness that results in a greater need for care than the classroom Team Member can provide without compromising the health, safety, and supervision of the other children.
