Below is your overview of our upcoming Sunday lessons for all age/grade groups at Mosaic Church Austin campuses.

PRESCHOOL CURRICULUM

Here are our upcoming lessons:

THE DREAMER | God has good plans for everything He made. Most of all, God has good things for us to do when we trust and follow Jesus! He uses our good days and our bad days to help us do the good plans He has for us! In this lesson, kids will learn about the life of Joseph and how God used even Joseph’s misfortunes to put him in the right place to fulfill God’s plan.

THE DREAMER (August 6th & 13th)

GOD’S GOOD NEWS| God gave us the Bible so we can learn His truth: God made us to be His friends! The Bible is God’s true story. It tells us God made you and me to be His friends! Feed the Bible’s truth to your heart so you can learn from it. It will turn the lights on for your heart so you know who God is and what He’s done for you!

5 & KINDER THROUGH 2ND GRADE CURRICULUM

Here are our upcoming lessons:

DID GOD CREATE EVIL? | In this 1-week lesson, our kids will learn that God is the Creator, the author of life. Everything He creates is good and is for the good of others. God calls us to care for His beautiful creation and to be co-creators with Him, using and developing the innate creativity we are born with as His image-bearers to make and create for the good of others and the world around us. As humans, we come up with a lot of great new things and creative ideas. But, sadly, because of sin, our world is infected with death. Humans can make poor judgements when they are not submitted to God’s definition of what is good, creating things that don’t bring life as God intended, but instead, bring harm. There is hope in God’s plan to bring salvation and new life to us when we choose to follow Jesus and in the creation of a new Heaven and a new Earth where there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain.

DID GOD …? | Week 1 (August 6th)

INFLUENCE| Kids are leaders and kids are followers, just like adults are. They influence others and follow those who influence them. This lesson series helps kids be godly and wise leaders to others, while at the same time being wise about the people they follow.

3RD THROUGH 5TH GRADE CURRICULUM

Here are the upcoming lessons:

GAME CHANGER | This three-week series will teach from 1 Peter 3:15 and will help students understand that sharing their faith isn’t as complicated or scary as they may have thought. This series will help students understand that Jesus is a game-changer for everyone who accepts His gift of grace. And when you’ve got game-changing news, you can’t help but share it!

CIRCLES OF INFLUENCE | Everyone has circles of influence. Yes, everyone! In each circle are people from your friends, family, school, or neighborhood. Whether you know them well or not, people watch what you say and do. Ultimately, we want our students to understand they have more influence than they realize—and they can use that influence to show others they follow the example of Jesus!
