In a year full of difficulty and distance, what could be greater than a God who pushes through difficulty, overcomes space and time, and comes near?
Of all the radical challenges that the Christian faith has presented to the world, perhaps none are more radical and more challenging than what is called “the doctrine of the Incarnation”; the idea that God, through a human being in a body named Jesus, has come near.
