03 Mar Coming Up

Just a quick note this week to say how grateful I am for you, and the gift God has given me to be able to walk with you. Carrie and I tell each other all the time how thankful we are to be a part of this church body and spiritual family. Thank you for making it all that it is.

Heading into this weekend, I’m excited for you to hear the amazing true story of Brett and Melissa Millican’s years-long adoption journey and the miracles God has done for them along the way. He’ll be working their story into our series called “Unshakable”, and our look at the life and book of Nehemiah. This is the first time their story has been shared publicly and I can’t wait to hear it.

This is a great opportunity to hear the heart of God for you and also to invite someone to hear the heart of God expressed for them. The concept of adoption is at the very heart of the Christian faith, and is a unique doctrine among all faith systems in the world. In other words, if we understand adoption rightly, we understand God and ourselves rightly!

Please be praying for God to touch many hearts with His love this weekend. Every time we gather, something powerful happens, and I’m expecting nothing less this weekend.
