| Hi everyone,
I’m really looking forward to this special weekend with you.
As you know, we have two Good Friday services at Mosaic North (6 and 7:30 pm), and one at Mosaic South (6 pm), both centered around a reverent moment of reflection as to what that day was and means for the world.
Second, we are looking forward to our four services at Mosaic North (8:30, 10 and 11:30 am and 1 pm), and our first-ever Easter Sunday service at 11 am at Mosaic South!
A few things about this Sunday to expect at each campus…
At Mosaic North:
- We expect our 10 and 11:30 am services to be particularly full, based on history. To make sure you have a seat, you may want to arrive as early as possible or select a different time. If you are able, let me encourage you to consider attending the 1 pm!
- Service will be a little shorter than normal but full of all kinds of great moments. If you have children to check in, please allow a little extra time for that or you can check in early on Sunday from the app. And please thank the teacher who is loving and teaching your child this Sunday!
- Please allow a little extra time for parking and model patience! We will have guests, visitors, and non-Christians present with us.
- There will be no middle or high school ministry, so students will join their parents in the main worship center. You’ll be glad you brought them with you.
At Mosaic South:
- This is our first-ever Easter service there and we are really excited about it. I would expect it to be particularly full, so all of the above applies for our south campus in terms of allowing extra time (and thanking mKids teachers!)
- Please consider inviting someone from around where you live; this is a great Sunday to do just that.
At Mosaic Fort Worth:
Pastor Alvin will be having a special Easter preview service this Sunday at 11 am, in view of his full launch in the near future. We are thrilled for this! It will be partially live and partially live-streamed.
For us all:
Please be praying for this weekend–not just for things to go smoothly behind the scenes (that does matter!), but for the Gospel and the hope of the Resurrection to be experienced by all there. I am believing God for a continued awakening in America, and I am praying for this Sunday to be a next big step towards that end.
As we enter Easter weekend 2023, you are welcome to join us for our Friday morning prayer, which we have on Zoom each week at 7 am.
Sunday we will be starting a new series called “Lost and Found”, looking at all the ways we get lost as people and all the ways that Jesus finds us, and Easter will focus on that theme.
I can’t wait!
Blessings to you,
Morgan
P.S. Share an invitation to Easter weekend services! Copy either of the images below to send to your friends. Many people are open to attending service with you–if you ask. |
