I don’t normally do this (as a matter of fact, I have never done this), but I would like to ask for two minutes of your time after you finish reading this brief email.
QUICK CONTEXT
You may know I am in my last year of doctoral studies at Asbury Theological Seminary, and like all students in a program like that, I am privileged to be able to undertake a larger-scale research project in order to answer a burning question I feel like can potentially help our local church in specific, and the body of Christ in general.
MY BURNING QUESTION
My question is this:
What are best practices for multiethnic churches to maintain unity in the midst of political diversity?
To help me (and us) discover that, it would be extraordinarily helpful if you would take a 10-question, roughly 2-minute survey. This has been approved both by the Institutional Review Board of my seminary and by our Mosaic elder team. It is step 1 of 3 that will also help me (and us) generate some next steps and best practices to be revealed at our follow-up Political Symposium, scheduled for the fall.
YOU CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
I know it may seem small, but answering these 10 questions really can make a big difference in the long run in our local church. |
