21 Feb New Mosaic Church App

Hi there! We are excited to update you on something new and helpful for you as a part of Mosaic Church, so read on:

You may remember our mentioning at the end of last year that we were in the process of updating our internal information systems, and how these changes will significantly impact us financially in a positive way. Well, this past weekend you may have noticed we did a soft launch to our new church app, and the new app is called Church Center—this is part of what we were talking about and giving you a heads up on. Those of you who saw the notification sent via the old app and downloaded the new one got a sneak peek over the weekend!

So, this email is all about our new Mosaic Church app: what it is and how to get it, if you haven’t already.

Before we give you any instructions, here’s what we would like to highlight as some of the new features you will notice, in addition to a new look:

Here’s what you’ll notice in the new app: 

• new Mobile Check-in (let all the parents say, “Amen!”)
• ability to manage your personal profile
• smoother giving functionality
• improved Community Group directory
• seamless Calendar & Event Registrations

So what should you do now?

• If you haven’t done so already, save your notes from the old app by navigating to the message with the notes that you want to save.
  • Tap “Share Your Notes” at the bottom and then select your preferred app to save your notes.
• Next, download the new app called “Church Center” in the App Store or Google Play.
  • When you first open the Church Center app, it will walk you through connecting to Mosaic Church. You can use your device location or simply search for Mosaic Church.

Please download the notes from the old app by March 21st.  You will no longer be able to take notes in the previous app after this date. We hope this new app will help our communication be a little clearer and make all things related to Mosaic more convenient than they have been in the past.

Once you have the new app downloaded and your notes saved, you can go ahead and delete the old app, if you would like.
