Back to School Sunday
I want to start by inviting you personally to come to our special Back to School Sunday happening this coming Sunday. This is a really great morning for us! It’s a special day filled with vision, dance, song and story. Come see what’s happening with our students of all ages here at Mosaic. You will get an insider’s look at our mKids’ program to see how we are engaging and equipping the next generation through God’s truth! You will also become a part of the story of our Mosaic Student Ministries, getting to hear testimonies from some our students who are walking out their faith at home and at school as they allow God at such an age to shape them for His work. AND, you will get a chance to hear from our Every Nation Campus Missionaries, who are on multiple campuses across Austin influencing young men and women towards God at this unique, critical crossroad of life called college.

I could go on because I am so for each of these ministries, but I don’t want to spoil it for you. And word to the wise, be on time. We are going to start this Sunday with a bang and you don’t want to miss a beat. Actually…come early, as there will be something a little different and extra special the 5 minutes BEFORE the service begins.

Mosaic Moms – of all ages
Now, let me do “my thing” real quick here. Women of Mosaic, I don’t know if you have heard yet, but what’s coming down the pipe is sooo goood! Thank you, Jesus! The month of September holds some significant opportunities for the women of Mosaic to gather together to…bring it all back to Jesus, of course. First, we have Mosaic Moms’ fall semester coming up. This group of moms meets on the first Thursday of every month. The kick off is Thursday, September 6th. This is for moms of all ages coming together to connect with each other and to encourage each other to grow in their relationship with God through meaningful conversation, growing in God’s word, and prayer. Women of Mosaic y Mujeres de Mosaic
This takes me to my last piece of information, which again is for our women. Sorry men, I mean, your retreat is just around the corner! Praise be to God! #lovingmyhusbandwell

Women—just that word women—fills me with such strength because I know who I am talking to. On Friday, September 28th we are hosting our annual “Around The Table” event. This event is hosted in homes and around tables all across the city. I am inviting you to come, be a part of what we are building together. It’s going to be a night filled with God’s truth, His love, His presence, and His power through relationships. In John 17, Jesus speaks, “Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me so that they may be one as we are one.” Women of Mosaic, I have been praying for you, I have been hoping for you, I have been hearing of you and your good deeds for our God. I have been praising God for you and thanking Him for your strength, for your perseverance. Praying that uniquely together we can influence our homes, our communities, our city, our nation, and our world for God’s glory.
