We’re so excited to have reopened our doors in March and can’t wait to have you join us for in-person gatherings! We will be meeting for services both in person and online at 9 and 11 am and online at 1 pm.

While how you get to your seat, your accessories (remember your mask!), and the way in which you navigate the building may look different, you can expect the same welcoming and dynamic environment, all while keeping safety paramount.

There is no substitute for the gathered people of God and we can’t wait to have you with us! Scroll down to find registration information in addition to answers for some frequently asked questions.

Weekly registration is required

In order to maintain safe distancing, we are allowing 50% capacity and ask that everyone keep at least one seat between parties. Capacity and seating requirements may change as we go and we will notify everyone.

We will continue monitoring and assessing COVID-19 data both nationally and locally. For the foreseeable future, we will be maintaining some level of limited-capacity seating.

Yes. Registration is required so that we know how many people to expect to avoid overcrowding and turning people away. Registration will be available on our website, weekly, starting on Wednesdays at 8 pm. Please register at the link above.

Yes. In the interest of everyone’s safety, we ask that anyone four years and older wear a face mask at all times while inside the building. Our staff and volunteers will also be required to wear a mask when not communicating on stage. If you forget to bring one, we will have masks available!

Yes, upon arrival, we will ask you a series of COVID exposure questions and take your temperature prior to entering the building. If you have a fever of 100 degrees or above, we’ll ask that you and your family or party worship with us online.

The service will be similar to what you’re used to during our weekend service—dynamic live worship, a great message with personal application, and friendly faces will still be there. To maintain physical distancing, typical altar ministry will temporarily take place at your seat.

We want to pray for you! During our in-person service, we will have a corporate time of prayer. Our prayer team is also available for personal prayer following service outside in our parking lot. You can also submit prayer requests at any time to our team by either texting the words “PRAYER REQUEST” to 94000 or by clicking HERE to submit a prayer request.

mKids (6 weeks – 5 grade) is reopening classes in phases. Registration for available mKids’ classes will be available when registering adults for service.

*Please sign up for the mKids email list to get up-to-date information.

Mosaic Students (6 – 12 grade) will have services in the Student Center. Middle school students will meet during the 9 am service, high school students during the 11 am service and we will continue the 1 pm Zoom call for those not yet attending in person.

Unfortunately, the coffee bar will remain closed until further notice, but you are welcome to bring your own!

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the building.
  • Our services and guest interactions will be intentionally touch-free (e.g., no hugs or handshakes for now). However air hi-fives are permitted 🙂
  • Extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures will take place campus-wide before, during, and after each service.
  • All paper and pens have been removed from the seatbacks, and we will temporarily suspend handing out the weekly brochure before services.

That is totally okay! We realize everyone has a different level of comfort so please do what you feel is best for you and your family—whether that’s watching at home or joining us in person. If you are looking for some fellowship while watching church but aren’t comfortable coming to a service just yet, we encourage you to host a Watch Party with friends or family!

We will not pass the offering plate in our services for the time being. To give in-person, we have giving boxes located throughout the Worship Center. You can also give by texting any dollar amount to 84321, visiting our website mosaicchurchaustin.com/give or via the Church Center App.

Yes! Spanish translation is available via Zoom during the 11 am service. Please visit the homepage of our website for more details.
