We’re so excited to be reopening our doors and can’t wait to have you join us in person for gatherings! Starting September 27th, we will be meeting for services both in person and online at 9 and 11am and online at 1pm.

While how you get to your seat, your accessories (remember your mask!), and the way in which you navigate the building may look different, you can expect the same welcoming and dynamic environment, all while keeping safety paramount.

There is no substitute for the gathered people of God and we can’t wait to have you with us! Scroll down to find registration information in addition to some frequently asked questions.

Weekly registration is required
for anyone looking to attend either our 9 or 11am in-person services (for both adults and children). There will be no mKids or Mosaic Students, however, children are welcome to attend service as long as they’re registered.

Registration for the coming Sunday will OPEN the Tuesday prior at 8pm CT. Registration will be limited to 25% capacity of our Worship Center so please register right away!

Sunday, September 27th.

9 + 11 am in person and online and 1 pm online

In order to maintain safe physical distancing, we will start at 25% capacity and ask that everyone keep at least two seats between parties. Capacity and seating requirements may change as we go and we will notify everyone.

As long as our state-elected officials are recommending. As we are advised, we will limit capacity to ensure the health and well-being of our congregation, staff, volunteers, and communities.

Yes. Registration is required so we know how many people to expect, to avoid overcrowding and turning people away. Registration will be available on our website weekly on Tuesdays, starting at 8pm. Please register at the link above.

Yes. In the interest of everyone’s safety, we ask that anyone 10 years and older wear a face mask at all times while inside the building. Our staff and volunteers will also be required to wear a mask when not communicating on stage. If you forget to bring one, we will have masks available!

Yes, upon arrival, we will ask you a series of COVID exposure questions and take your temperature prior to entering the building. If you have a fever of 100 degrees or above, we’ll ask that you and your family or party worship with us online.

The service will be similar to what you’re used to during our weekend service—dynamic live worship, a great message with personal application, and friendly faces will still be there. To maintain physical distancing, typical altar ministry will temporarily take place at your seat and the Lobby and Coffee Bar will be closed…but you are welcome to bring your own!

We want to pray for you! During our in-person service, we will have a corporate time of prayer (where you will remain in your seat or stand if you like), however, you can submit prayer requests at any time to our team by either texting the words “PRAYER REQUEST” to 94000 or by clicking HERE to submit a prayer request.

At this time, mKids and Mosaic Students will remain online, however, you are welcome to bring your children to the service if you’re comfortable doing so as long as they are registered! We will update you through the website, social media, and email when children’s ministry will begin again.

Unfortunately, the Lobby and Coffee Bar will remain closed until further notice but you are welcome to bring your own!

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the building.
  • Our services and guest interactions will be intentionally touch-free (e.g., no hugs or handshakes for now). However air hi-fives are permitted 🙂
  • Extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures will take place campus-wide before, during, and after each service.
  • All paper and pens have been removed from the seatbacks, and we will temporarily suspend handing out the weekly brochure before services.

That is totally okay! We realize everyone has a different level of comfort so please do what you feel is best for you and your family—whether that’s watching at home or joining us in person. If you are looking for some fellowship while watching church but aren’t comfortable coming to a service just yet, we encourage you to host a Watch Party with friends or family!

We will not pass the offering plate in our services for the time being. To give in-person, we have giving boxes located throughout the Worship Center. You can also give by texting any dollar amount to 84321, visiting our website mosaicchurchaustin.com/give or via the Church Center App.
