25 Oct Coming to a Church Near You
…Actually, it’s coming to your church!
What is it?
Our You Have a Part to Play Celebration/Recap Sunday, this Sunday at Mosaic.
What will we be we doing?
Celebrating and looking back on our journey together over the last 7 weeks, as we have tackled a number of tough topics along the way.
Also, as you know, we have encouraged our community groups to take on one of these topics and respond with some intentionality and creativity, and I’m excited for you to hear an overview of the “small, individually”, but “large, collectively”, effect that these groups have had.
We’ll have some special music, cool new video stuff and talk about why I think that you are amazing and why and how God has been amazing to us.
And then…that afternoon in the Mosaic parking lot…from 4-7 pm, there’s the Fall Festival! It’s a great time that we really want to share with you and with your friends and with our surrounding community. So please come and invite folks to come with you! Food trucks with gluten free and vegan options as well as our beloved square peg coffee truck, lots of games and inflatables, costume contest for the following categories: little kid, big kid, teen/adult and family …all this and more with lots of your favorite people!
If you arrive for the fun and the parking lots are full, you can head across the street to park in Gateway Church’s parking lot on the north side of Mcneil, across from Jekel. There will be designated spots labeled for Mosaic. We will have a shuttle running back and forth from 3:30-7:30 pm to get you to and from your cars safely and comfortably.
All together, it should be an amazing, fun, inspirational weekend and I hope you’ll be there.
Can’t wait!
