02 Jun 13 Weeks For Eternity

The Texas Summer is finally upon us! Some of you love it, some of you hate it, but we all get to live it. I’m not much of a hot weather person myself, but I wouldn’t trade being right here, right now, with all of you for anything in this world! As we come into the summer season I want to tell you about a terrific kingdom-building opportunity that is still open for you to jump into. As of this week we still have about 22 spots open across all 3 services to serve in mKids for the summer. Before I go any further, I want to thank all of our amazing team members who have served Jesus in mKids during one or both of the past 2 semesters. Your passion, effort and sacrifice is seen by your church family, but most importantly seen by God. You have all worked to make a lifelong impact on the lives of our next generation and we are so grateful that you let God use you in this way!

That brings me back to the opportunity that is still in front of us. We are currently looking for additional mKids volunteers who could serve either every week, or every other week during the summer. Either way, this would only be for one service on a given Sunday. What this really means is that by serving 6-7 services over the next 13 weeks you could… you will… make an eternal impact on the hearts of our children.

If you have thought about serving in mKids but haven’t taken the plunge just yet, this is a wonderful opportunity to get your feet wet in one of the most important ministries at Mosaic. For those of you who aren’t serving on any ministry team yet, we hope you will consider investing part of your summer into all the souls that come through our mKids doors each week.

Some of the specific opportunities are listed below but even if one of those doesn’t seem like a good fit for you, we’d still love to hear from you and will work to get you into the best situation possible.

1st Service:
(1) Nursery Assistant
(3) 2 year old Classroom Assistants
(1) Lead Teacher for 3 year old class
(2) 4 & 5 year old Classroom Assistants

2nd Service:
(1) 1 year old Classroom Assistant
(2) 2 year old Classroom Assistants
(1) 4 & 5 year old Classroom Assistant

3rd Service:
(1) Nursery Assistant
(4) 1-2 year old Classroom Assistants
(1) Lead Teacher for 3-5 year old classroom
(1) Classroom Assistant for 3-5 year old classroom
(4) Lead Teachers for Elementary class

If you are willing and able to serve mKids this Summer please complete this form and someone from our mKids leadership team will follow up with you shortly. If you have travel plans that may limit your availability but are still willing to serve, please let us know and we will work with you so that you can still invest in our kids this summer!
