Spark hope.
Together we will share the love of our God!

Each Christmas at Mosaic, we like to give gifts to bring cheer to our neighbors near and far. We call it Project Christmas! Project Christmas is a loving & strategic way for us to make a big impact in our city and with some of our ministry partners…and YOU have a part to play! Together, we get to light up lives and spark hope while making a difference across our city and the world!

We have the opportunity to

  • Purchase gifts of essentials for the unhoused community through Mosaic Street Ministry

  • Fill shoeboxes with kid favorites for underserved students at Live Oak Elementary near Mosaic North and Williams Elementary near Mosaic South.

  • Recognize teachers who are dedicated to serving students at Live Oak Elementary, Deerpark Middle, McNeil High, Casey Elementary and Williams Elementary – the schools neighboring our church campuses.

  • And together we will uplift children and house moms at Casa Vallado Children’s Home in Mexico.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

Watch the video and review more details regarding our ministry partners below.

Ask God to lead your heart towards doing one, or all, of the following:

SUPPORT MSM FRIENDS

As the cooler weather fills the air and the Christmas season is upon us, we want to make sure that our friends on the street have what they need and would like gifted during this season.

Find an item on the wish list to purchase, and contribute to the supply of gifts being shared this holiday.

GIVE A GIFT BOX

Show love and support for local youth in need by filling a box with fun gifts, personal care items, and clothing. Live Oak and Williams Elementary Schools provided us with a list of students who could benefit from a gift box during the Christmas season.

Sign up for a child in need, and get the details regarding what to pack plus when & where to drop off your completed box. It’s incredible to see how God works through the generosity, love, and prayer that goes into these boxes every year!

GIVE FINANCIALLY

One way to participate in Project Christmas is by giving financially. Whether that number is $1,000, $100, or $10, no amount is too big or small!

Click below to make a donation to either our schools to supply staff gifts (AISD & RRISD) or The Vallado Project from the dropdown menu and enter the amount you feel led to give.

OUR MINISTRY PARTNERS

Mosaic Street Ministry

Mosaic Street Ministry aspires to love the forgotten, see the unseen, and bring hope to the streets of Austin by serving the homeless community. Mosaic Street Ministry aims to meet both physical needs, develop friendships, and connect people to a faith-based community by modeling the love of Christ. Christmas gifts on the wish list this year include tents, shoes and blankets.

Neighboring Schools

Mosaic supports local schoolsAt Mosaic, we partner with schools in our local community — Live Oak Elementary, Deerpark Middle, McNeil High, Casey Elementary, Williams Elementary, and Fort Worth ISD — by providing 1-on-1 mentoring, teacher breakfasts, school supplies, and more throughout the year. A financial gift given to these schools will help continue our efforts to show the school administration our deep appreciation for all they do to impact and care for students often in tough family or financial situations.

The Vallado Project

The Vallado Project provides financial & relational support to organizations caring for and educating vulnerable children. Donations will be used to help meet the needs of the children and house moms at Casa Vallado Children’s Home in Mexico. Casa Vallado helps keep the children off the street, gives them a safe place to call home, and also provides the love, nurture, and education needed for a successful future. Casa Vallado is funded solely by gifts and donations that pay for housing, food, clothing, education, administration, and medical expenses.

Thank you for your help in making our Mosaic neighbors feel how much they are loved!

Community Groups
