MFT-Intern, Supervised by Juliet Walters, LMFT-S
I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
I use a holistic and empathetic approach to therapy, focusing on understanding the intricate dynamics within relationships and families. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Anger, ASD, low self-esteem, obesity, behavioral issues, and PTSD. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support my clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Drawing on a collaborative approach, I weave together the threads of your unique story to help you break free from negative thought patterns and behavioral limitations. With gentle guidance and genuine empathy, I will help empower you to reframe your experiences, cultivate self-awareness, and become confident to take control of your own life.
Guided by an unyielding faith in God, I embrace the power of spirituality in the therapeutic process. At the heart of the therapeutic session is the commitment to open dialogue and unconditional positive regard for all. With every session, I create a space where you can freely express yourself, without fear of judgment or rejection. In this sacred space, trust is nurtured, and the seeds of transformation are sown. I will be your steady guide as you navigate the path toward autonomy, confidence, and inner peace.
